Refund Policy

1. Free plan first

You can try AEO Villa for free before paying. We encourage you to run free scans and review a sample report so you know what to expect before upgrading.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Starter, Pro, and Agency plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged again afterward. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@aeovilla.com from the address on your account with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
